The project aims to empower individuals by promoting sustainable cooking practices, reducing food waste, and fostering a deeper understanding of circular economy principles. Through innovative training programs, digital platforms, and engaging activities, the project strives to instill lasting changes in behavior and practices related to food preparation and consumption.

Activities

The project will implement a range of activities including developing training programs for adults, creating digital platforms for educational content, designing sustainable cooking workshops, producing informative videos, and publishing zero-waste cookbooks. These activities will be tailored to engage diverse stakeholders such as community members, culinary professionals, trainers, and individuals interested in gastronomy.

Impact

The project anticipates four main results: an effective measurement tool for domestic food waste, a comprehensive training program for adult trainers incorporating circular economy principles, a zero-waste cookbook with sustainable recipes, video series of Zero waste campaign.These outcomes aim to empower individuals, communities, and professionals to minimize food waste, adopt eco-friendly cooking practices, and contribute to a broader understanding of sustainability.
