Innovate VET by equipping SMEs and VET Providers with a common techno-methodological toolkit to analyse and diagnose training needs. Align resources of SME sales functions and VET analysts/designers on methodologies to exploit AI in sales management. Disseminate the VESTA application and related tools to reduce sales management skill mismatch. Foster lifelong e-learning for professionals in sales management within VET through access to OER for the effective use of the VESTA application.

Design and implement the VESTA application for proactive and predictive analysis using AI of SMEs' training and professional needs. Map the e-learning platforms/sites and open source environments. Create micro learning pills, tutorial videos, narrative branching scenarios. Apply the VESTA application and related tools in 4 EU countries Establish an open, transnational network aligned on the VESTA application. Disseminate and exploit VESTA project results among target groups/stakeholders.

A VESTA application of training needs analysis and diagnosis with AI co-designed, tested by 60 sales specialists in 4 EU countries and disseminated. International mobility for 15 VET actors and SMEs in presence and 15 virtually. Establishment of a stable multi-actor open network (MoU) to consolidate project results. Development of OER (microlearning pills, video tutorials, narrative branching) usable online for at least 5 years after project end.
