▶Objectives
The project aims to: Involve SMEs in lodging industry in the green economy transformation through the practical approach, toolkits and best practices Support VET educators including Partners organisations and SME leaders from the lodging industry in using project solutions to develop green competences and behaviours of others Change the mindset and actions of lodging industry SME staff and leaders regarding sustainability by giving them inspiring examples of what to change and how to do it.

1 Partners’ & lodging industry SMEs’ competency gaps analysis; knowledge sharing, mutual learning and Good Practices Collection 2 Building environmental awareness at the workplace among lodging sector SMEs employees through gamification; designing & developing gamification as web based app; evaluation 3 Support lodging SMEs green transition with Sustainability Toolkit (templates and procedures to plan & go throughtransition) 4 Share & promote results online & offline (5 national conferences)
