The main aim of our project is to support youth workers, trainers, educators in delivering quality learning experiences in the field of youth. Objectives: - Providing the space for 24 youth workers, educators, trainers from 4 countries to exchange experience in terms of designing educational spaces for youth and challenge the status quo about learning - Introducing novel methods, tools and approaches in NFE to enhance learning outcomes, engagement and adaptability to evolving educational needs

The activities which will be implemented: - Working Meeting in Herceg Novi, Montenegro – January 2025 - Laboratory for youth workers in São Luís, Portugal – July 2025 - Working Meeting in Kraków, Poland – November 2025 - Training in Jastrzębia Góra, Poland – April 2026 - Multiplier events in all 4 countries for 100 local participants – August and September 2026 - Working Meeting in Skopje – October 2026

The tangible results we will create during the project: 1. Series of info sheets: what is learning and where does it happen nowadays (min.10 ) 2. Manual on learning spaces: physical and emotional 3. Podcasts on the identified areas: - Exploring learning - Learning misconceptions - Learning spaces - Reflection of/on learning - Self-responsibility for learning vs facilitators responsibility for ones learning
