"Hill to Hill: Resilient Territories" aims to create and promote a network of entities and communities that share social and environmental challenges and seek to create strategies for sustainable living in rural mountain territories in Galicia and Central Portugal. Through capacity-building activities, collaborative processes and mutual learning, the project will strengthen communities in the European semi-periphery, their democratic participation and the resilience of their territories.
