In the field of VET, the main objective of the project is to provide innovative and digital plant breeding tools used in the development of certified quality seeds, one of the most important inputs of the agricultural sector. It focuses on raising knowledge and awareness of good practices, developing skills and networking, targeting all in the seed industry. It takes a step towards building the practical capacity of target groups and closing the skilled worker gap needed by the industry.

The activities and outputs of the project will be prepared in line with their needs in an understandable way that can appeal to every audience in the seed sector. Active learning and experiential knowledge development methods will be applied. These are divided into two as follows; - Building Technical Knowledge and Awareness: Educational Curriculum, Interactive Courses, Guidebook and Networking Platform - Practical Skills Development: Field Visits, Applied and Active Learning Workshops

The general results expected from the project; -Raising awareness in terms of climate change and food crisis and supporting sustainable production systems -Increasing awareness of VETs about New Plant Breeding Tools and Quality Seed Production, improving their knowledge and capacities -Adapting to the ever-evolving digital skills in the seed industry -The development of networks, the increase in job opportunities and initiatives, the spread of environmentally friendly and innovative technologies
