โ–ถObjectives

Our goal is to adapt the European supported employment model to facilitate the labour market inclusion of ex-offenders. We aim to achieve this by developing specialized career counseling guidelines tailored for their successful integration into the workforce. Additionally, we plan to train at least 24 professionals based on these guidelines and enhance further qualification opportunities for VET providers and trainers to strengthen the support network for ex-offenders' labour market inclusion.

โ–ถActivities

To accomplish our objectives, we will undertake the following activities: - Adapt and enhance the European supported employment model specifically for ex-offenders' counselling. - Develop specialized career counseling guidelines for the labour market integration of ex-offenders. - Create a methodological guide for VET trainers to facilitate further qualification for career counsellors. - Conduct blended training sessions to equip professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge.

โ–ถImpact

We expect the following outcomes from UNLOCK project: - Improved European supported employment model, focusing on counseling and guidance for ex-offenders. - Career counseling guidelines designed for professionals to facilitate ex-offenders' labour market integration. - Project website to disseminate and share information and resources. - Blended training in Portugal and Belgium for professional development. - Two multiplier events and a social media campaign for sharing results and impact.
