The project WINS (Well-being In Networking Schools) aims at developing innovative strategies and tools, notably the Training Programme and App, to promote well-being, happiness, and the emotional intelligence awareness of school leaders, educators and students in six countries. WINS has 3 specific objectives: 1. Value well-being through sharing and training 2. Reach out, engage and foster well-being and emotional intelligence 3. Promote a whole-school approach through a bottom-up process.
