1.To deliver an App with a pool of 10-minute exercises that will educate staff and managers, while promoting a violence-free, inclusive work place in EU HORECA 2. To offer HORECA management a Guide for positive culture change of their organisations inspured by EU Values 3. To engage with target groups in the context of project activities, in order to ensure quality, relevance and applicability 4. To enhance the role of VET, as a provider to Innovative solutions to social sustainability in HORECA

ACT10N Project Results: 1. A Culture Shift Mobile App with 75 10-minute exercises, enabling HORECA teams to commit to organisation culture change. The App will generate exercises based on user preferences. 2. A Culture Shift Guide with theory and practices of culture shift in EU HORECA, European Values and topics related to inclusion and solidarity, occupational violence, app utilisation guidelines and more. The Guide will constitute a Culture Shift Method to be implemented by HORECA Managers.
