The project aims to build resilient and inclusive communities from 3 European countries by increasing competences of professionals working with vulnerable population, especially youngsters at risk of exclusion, including refugees from Ukraine, by enhancing collaboration between the 3 countries and professionals from social and educational fields and increase competences of 21 practitioners from Greece, Hungary and Romania,strengthening long-term cooperation among the three partner organizations.
