According to the OECD, accessible, high-quality freshwater is a limited and variable resource. The OECD estimates that 40% of the world's population will live in water-stressed river basins by 2050 and that water demand will increase by 55% by 2050 (OECD, 2012). With this project, we want to educate our students from an early age about sustainable water use, water conservation and groundwater protection.We also aim to reduce the water consumption rate from 60% to %35.

In total, 2 TMPs and 3 LTTAs will be implemented in the project to be carried out with 3 school and 1 NGO. In the activities that will be implemented, we want the countries to use the existing water resources efficiently, to develop a water policy , to save water and to use it in harmony with the environment.At the same time, the project's activities are intended to stimulate students' interest in research and to raise their awareness of the problems in their environment.

At the end of the project, students will be systematically trained in water conservation and sustainable water awareness as a result of the project.They will individually contribute to the creation of a healthy environment through the organization of environment related activities.Students with limited opporunities will have a chance to be a part of this project and have a voice in it andteachers will gain the necessary knowledge and skills.
