Objectives

OBJ1: Support small clothing producers to embed circular and sustainable textile processing by training them on green practises and piloting work-based learning in 3 countries OBJ2: Help up-skill and improve sustainability output of SMEs by issuing micro-credential certification (100) to learners on sustainable textile production OBJ3: Issue 3 policy recommendations on better implementation of recycling methods for consumers of ‘fast fashion’, as well as usage of recycled material in production

Activities

ACTIVITY 1: TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION - Development of the training materials, microcredential certification framework and SME training ACTIVITY 2: 'WEAVING SUSTAINABILITY' WORKSHOP (ROMANIA) - Includes preparation and followup ACTIVITY 3: 'WEAVING SUSTAINABILITY' WORKSHOP (SERBIA) ACTIVITY 4: 'WEAVING SUSTAINABILITY' WORKSHOP (GREECE) ACTIVITY 5: POLICY-MAKING - Training on policymaking and issuing of policy recommendations in each country

Impact

- 4 modules with 40-page booklet, 4 videos, 40 slides, 80 multiple choice questions - 3 work-based workshop pilots with a minimum of 100 participants - Issue at least 100 micro-credential certifications - To expand the project’s initiative, acquire 100 000 EUR in grants - 3 policy recommendations - At least 20 SMEs and 5 educational bodies to adopt the project's results and outcomes - Engage 50,000 individuals through dedicated TEXSTYLE social media channels (2) via paid advertising
