EURO VET Skills Competition

We want to connect the VET systems of partner schools to competitive realities regarding VET training programs; to create a common and coherent methodological and content approach, adapted to the intellectual, professional level and the socio-economic profile of VET students, which will give them the chance to leave the zone of simple workers, to find in them the motivation and resources for to be successful, competitive professionals, proving this in educational contexts familiar to them

At the project level, 3 activities are proposed: the development of the methodological tools for the organization and development of the VET competition, the simulation of such a competition, within the partnership (with the clear aim of possible improvements) and the actual organization of such a competition of competitions, also open to categories of interested VET students, from outside the partnership. Of course, there will also be a final event, for promotion among VET schools.

The results we expect to have: a transnational network of schools that can offer a high-quality VET competitive alternative, a methodology and tools for organizing and running VET competitions, a good practice VET competitive model, realized in a concrete way, experts VET trained for the organization and development of this type of competition, participating students who increase their professional and personal value, an economic environment interested in supporting this competitional model.
