โ–ถObjectives

The project aimed to empower unemployed women to rediscover their interest in the labor market and prepare them to find employment that meets their personal and professional needs. Its objectives were to facilitate access to the labor market for women affected by the disappearing professions, support career change by providing information on vocational training opportunities and modern labor market requirements, and encourage women to start over by strengthening self-confidence, self-esteem, and professional skills. The project also sought to enhance the organizational capacity of partner institutions through the exchange of experience and best practices, promote international cooperation between VET providers at European level, and contribute to reducing unemployment by motivating women to actively engage in employment or entrepreneurship. Activities including workshops, digital literacy training, job fairs, staff exchanges, and final conferences were carefully designed to address these objectives, ensure sustainable personal and professional development, and create a replicable model for supporting disadvantaged unemployed people locally, nationally, and internationally
