To sustainably raise the quality and efficiency of public social services in Timisoara and Gera by creating a sector specific training kit, tailored to develop competencies in line with modern European standards for public administration, and delivering this training to the staff and volunteers of the partner institutions involved in the provision of social services. By doing this we indirectly target our final beneficiaries which are the vulnerable people that we serve in Timisoara and Gera.

We are going to develop a trainink kit tailored to social service provider trinaing needs identified by the 2 partners and based on it deliver training sessions in a hybrid manner to at leas 50 staff members from both institutions who will in turn benefit from gaining new experiences and competencies, and ultimetely raise the quality of social services provided to the vulnarable inhabitants of Timisoara and Gera, social beneficiariaes of the institutitions.

We will have an open source sector specific training kit with a practical digital toolbox that will be avaialbale for improvement and useful on the long-term. This will be updated according to new needs. We will have at least 4 trainers skilled in providing the training sessions and at least 50 participants trained in the specific competenecies,
