The GCP aims to raise the knowledge level in traditional gastronomy, using partners' know-how, and develop professional theoretical and practical competencies and skills to integrate the rich Romanian culinary traditions in a regional and European context, with contemporary culinary techniques, sustainability practices, and social responsivity principles, adapting them to contemporary tastes and international standards while emphasizing the importance of local short-food chains.

In-depth research to discover the common gastronomic roots of consortium partners. Curriculum development integrating traditional and contemporary culinary practices. Six in-person workshops in Romania, Spain, and Turkey, offering practical culinary training. Creation of an e-learning platform to extend the project's reach and impact. Production of media materials to document and disseminate the project outcomes.

Expected results of the GCP include a comprehensive understanding of shared gastronomic heritage, an innovative curriculum blending traditional and modern culinary arts, enhanced skills through six hands-on workshops across Romania, Spain, and Turkey, a widely accessible e-learning platform, and extensive media materials promoting project achievements and sustainable, healthy culinary practices.
