To raise partner organizations' awareness of the integrated approach to crisis situations. To improve the professional skills of our employees/members to intervene in crisis situations. To increase the quality of our crisis management training programs. To develop our organizational capacity to cooperate transnationally and across sectors to provide a tailored response to different crisis situations.

Development of the 'Integrated Crisis Management Course' and the 'Guide for Effective Action and Good Practices in Crisis Situations'; Addressing specific intervention situations for persons with disabilities; Development of digital teaching materials; Training of the group of trainers; Organizing the pilot course; Organizing four masterclasses in all partner organizations.

Training and teaching materials, specific to crisis situations, curricula of the 'Integrated course for crisis management', 'Guide for Effective Action and Good Practices in Crisis Situations', specific procedures for interventions of people with disabilities, video simulations of crisis situations and practical exercises, a package of qualified instructors who will be 'trainers' for the members of the partner organizations.
