Through the BOOST BADGES project, we aim to support children aged 6-10 in developing dispositions for lifelong learning, witch represent the foundation for developing key educational competencies for the 21st century. In this process, we also seek to enhance collaboration between different levels of education, such as preschool and primary education in Serbia, and the transition system to higher grades in Malta. Additionally. Also, we aim to contribute to digital transformation in education.

Activities of the BOOST-BADGE project include: Defining the methodology for monitoring and documenting lifelong learning dispositions in children aged 6-10 years. Creating digital portfolios for students with descriptions of activities that demonstrate specific dispositions. Developing and designing BOOST BADGES to support children in the learning process. Providing self-assessment tools for teachers to assess progress. Validating assessments through regular checks and evaluations.

โ–ถImpact

The BOOST-BADGE project will support children's dispositions for lifelong learning. Our BADGES system, informed by global standards and educator input, will cultivate crucial competencies. By integrating portfolios and badges in classrooms, we'll signify achievements and promote new methodologies, digital skills, and interdisciplinary competencies. This will enrich the educational experience for both students and educators, while ensuring continuity in the educational journey of children.
