Co-CREATE aims to enhance inclusiveness and digital transformation of educational systems of Croatia, Portugal, Serbia and Spain. Adhering to participatory, evidence-based, interdisciplinary and multi-stakeholder approach, and using the potential of Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) it aims to enhancing secondary students’ (including students with special needs and disabilities – SEND) key competencies and teachers’ and policy makers’ digital and collaboration capacities.
