▶Objectives
By implementing Build UP we want to achieve: 1. Improvement of the support system for youth leaving alternative care, based on modern knowledge and principles of systemic resilience; 2. Enhancement of competences of youth service providers in building resilience through their services; 3. Strengthening cooperation of service providers in the fields of youth work, social care, education and health.
▶Activities
Besides PMI, we will implement: 1. Mapping good practice examples of quality youth services, via realization of 1 meeting, 3 study visits and creation of 1 publication 2. System resilience model development, via realization of 2 model development and testing events, creation of 1 publication 3. Training for youth workers, via development of a training and its testing 4. Model implementation and dissemination, via local activities and promotion and dissemination events.
▶Impact
- 1 model for a support system for youth leaving alternative care is developed, based on principles of systemic resilience - 2 publications on contemporary knowledge on systemic resilience and good practice examples are created - 1 training module for youth workers for respecting principles of systemic resilience in planning programs for young people is developed - Innovations are introduced to participating countries' systems, and the resources are available on national and international level
