Objectives

Care the Carer (CTC) aims to support family members of people with mental, behavioural and nervous disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, dementia, schizophrenia, PTSD, eating disorders and addictive behaviours, among others, and to raise awareness about the impact of mental health on the population by breaking down the stigma, prejudice and discrimination against people with mental disorders.

Activities

Activity 1 - Good practices examples of successful awareness campaigns against discrimination of people affected by mental health disorders Activity 2 - Infographics: Guidelines, tips and counselling for families, friends and caregivers. Activity 3 - Testimonials from people with mental health conditions (videos or podcasts) or Mental Health professionals. Case studies compilation and Youtube campaign
