▶Objectives
For a variety of reasons, the integration and inclusion of refugee women is less successful than that of their male counterparts in all EU countries. It seems that standard integration programmes do not sufficiently address the specific needs and circumstances of women, to the detriment not only of women, but also of European societies and labour markets. HERoic Tracks will shed light on this issue and make concrete proposals for more gender-sensitive integration training and counselling.
