▶Objectives
Agents of Change vision to train, up-/reskill Cultural and Creative professionals by developing the micro-learning, challenge-based Capacity Building Program. With entrepreneurial methods and collaborative innovation, we wish to create a continuing vocational education, equipping CCI professionals with new competences, skills and tools needed to leverage their creative & visionary capacity to initiate and lead sustainable societal innovation, answering market needs and becoming agents of change.
▶Activities
All main activities include iterative target group involvement, mapping societal challenges & competencies needed by CCI professionals to develop new sustainable solutions. With a micro-learning approach, designing & developing a challenge based Capacity Building Program presented on a digital platform collecting OERs. We’re hosting local & European Pilots, for testing new skills on real cases and multiplier-, networking events to promote and engage stakeholders wider use of project results.
▶Impact
A continuing vocational education to foster and drive sustainable, innovative societal transformation, powered by the upskilled visionary capacity of CCI professionals. These results will be achieved through development & implementation of a NEB-skilling method combined with a challenge- & micro-learning based Capacity Building Program (including a Digital platform) and a Policy toolkit with Replication Guidelines. All gathered this will have a durable impact on local, regional & EU level.
