1.To implement need analysis to identify barriers and gaps for inclusive WBL. 2.To develop DI-VET program and toolbox for VET professionals to train them how to organise inclusive WBL and support diverse students and employers 3.To recognise D&I as a part of VET via certification of this competence via micro credentials 4.To test the above in a regional scale and scale up the results to national and EU levels
