Objectives

P2CC will enable Youth Educators to exchange learning and practice in creating accessible pathways for young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods to benefit from the growing career opportunities in Europe’s Creative & Cultural Industries through: - Training/mentoring methods fostering young people’s creative development in music, performance & visual arts - Mentoring young people to enter a creative career - Youth empowerment methods to foster civic engagement and collective creative action

Activities

P2CC will implement: 1. Methodological Framework with Digital training needs diagnostic, Creative Careers Pathways Model 2. Creative Mentoring Exchange including transnational Co-production Lab, online mentoring exchange workshops, co- production of P2CC Guide 3. Collective Action Projects including co-production of CAP Toolkit, 6 Case Studies 4. Dissemination strategy, project website and Open Educational Resource; validation, final conference and dissemination events

Impact

75 Youth Arts Educators will participate in the Community of Practice and contribute to development of learning resources 75 Youth Educators will validate the learning resources 50 young people will participate in mentoring/Collective Action Projects 5 Case Studies will be produced 5 national dissemination events including a final conference. Total 140 attenders 10,000 page views online and 20,000 reached on social media
