▶Objectives
The project aims to enhance leadership capacities and foster a Europe-wide network of school principals to promote growth mindset-oriented education. By implementing this project, we seek to empower educational leaders with strategies and collaborative opportunities, ensuring they can effectively cultivate and sustain growth mindset cultures within their schools, thus impacting teaching practices and student learning outcomes positively.
▶Activities
We plan to establish a collaborative network for principals, conduct online peer learning workshops, and organize a strength-based leadership event in Spain. These activities are designed to share best practices, facilitate collaborative learning, and provide leadership development opportunities, all aimed at fostering a culture of growth mindset across European schools.
▶Impact
Expected results include enhanced leadership skills among principals. Our project aims to incorporate 100 principals into our network, initiating over 10 collaborative efforts, including Erasmus+, eTwinning, and informal exchanges. Online workshops will feature 60 principals from at least 10 different countries, fostering effective exchange and collaboration. Additionally, we plan to include at least 10 principals in the onsite strengths-based leadership event in Spain.
