Objectives

The project aims to strengthen youth sector managers' capacity to enhance youth work quality and promote youth participation. Through innovative training methods and digital platforms, managers will effectively oversee organizations, guide staff, and advocate for youth sector interests. Young people will actively contribute to methodology and training development, ensuring their needs are met.

Activities

In partnership with eight organizations, we'll develop training courses to enhance youth work management: staff management, personal growth, organizational sustainability, impact dissemination, advocacy, and dialogue with decision-makers. Training will be digitized for accessibility. Additionally, we'll include planning youth center and organization programs with young people.

Impact

We'll create digital training for youth managers, covering organizational management and fostering interactive learning. This will enhance accessibility and knowledge transfer, benefiting both youth sector professionals and the wider community. It'll encompass comprehensive organization management, including youth involvement, staff and self-care, and advocacy in local communities.
