Objectives

By implementing the project, we want to expand the knowledge, skills and experience in the financial and reading literacy among children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. In cooperation with Slovak and Hungarian partners, we implement non-traditional methods e.g. games, phenomenal learning, development of critical thinking, etc. into the educational process. In the project, we will also focus on teachers who will improve their performance and the application of innovative methods.

Activities

In the project, we will create an educational game and materials for children and a methodological guide for teachers. The project will include testing of educational game and creating materials for children from Slovakia and Hungary. In the last phase of the project, we will carry out the training for teachers and professional employees so that they can effectively implement innovative educational methods in the development of financial and reading literacy among the next generation.

Impact

At least 160 children from socially disadvantaged backround will acquire financial and reading literacy, which will be necessary for their entry into the labor market. In order to implement innovative educational methods, to increase the quality and skills of teachers who work with the mentioned category of children. We implement an educational game and materials into the school environment, which will be part of the European educational process and will be available for future generations.
