Project adapts the accredited course of the UK in the field of lab. diagnostics to Slovak conditions by adapting its curriculum and content. In addition, the project will train lecturers, which will increase its quality. Thus we will create a unique course that will increase the qualification of workers and also the quality of laboratory diagnostics in Slovakia. In addition, by exchanging practical experience, we will contribute to the improvement of the educational program provided by UK.

Activities are focused on the exchange of experience between the project partners. It is an experience transfer of the UK within an educating course in the field of lab. diagnostics and from the MGA about practical experience and the profile of the ideal employee. Cooperation will create a new educational course, whose lecturers will be trained to teach it. We will verify the quality of the course by pilot testing it. Based on the feedback, we will optimize the course for its highest benefit.

We expect that at the end of the project, the applicant will have trained lecturers, will have put together a high-quality course and will have the first graduates of the pilot course. From the side of practice, knowledge will be transferred to the academy and will have an impact on the development of education in the field of laboratory diagnostics. Information about the project's outputs will be known to the wider public.
