โ–ถObjectives

The project aims to raise engagement of students in schools by: Raising the intensity and number of innovations produced in multi-disciplinary cooperation between HE institutions across game development and education sectors. Raise the number of university students and graduates with skills in educational game development, game-based learning and gamification. Raise the status of innovations produced in a wider expert and public community, achieve spillover of project impact to the SCH sector

โ–ถActivities

Courses for teachers and game developers in training at partner universities (WP2 and WP3). These will be continuously improved according to research results (WP4). Creation and piloting of Edu Game Maker Tool (WP5) based on research results (WP4), ensuring spill-over of project impact beyond the HE sector. Research on the effectiveness of educational games in various education settings (WP4). Active community building of stakeholders interested in project results (WP6).

โ–ถImpact

-Multi-disciplinary framework of university courses across education and game development sectors as the basis for international community of education stakeholders actively using project results. -Raised number of teachers and game developers with edu game dev, GBL and gamification skills. -Raised number of active teaching tools for teachers in Europe. -Research results are able to influence HE programming and policy in Europe in the area of educational game development, GBL, gamification.
