The main objective of SustainaKit is to raise awareness in vocational educational training about waste in the cooking sector. VET education should be no exception to adapting to the changes needed to live without compromising the environment. The impact that cooking has on the preservation of the environment is fundamental, and we must seize the opportunity to create new educational proposals that train European students in the different paths towards a more sustainable Europe.
