▶Objectives
Plant Power will initiate & share a transformative, replicable model of learning that transfers critical innovation & entrepreneurial skills to help VET educators & SMEs respond to the increasing demand for plant-based food products. It will provide accessible learning on methods to transition into a plant-based food production chain, which is aligned with the EU Farm to Fork strategy. It will equip VET educators & food SMEs with the innovation skills necessary to capitalise a growing market.
▶Activities
We will collaboratively develop & create WPs, tools and supports to fill the skills and knowledge gap among VET educators and Food SMEs. These new skills will equip and empower them, to recognise the connection between plant-based foods and crucial climate action and how both TGs with knowledge & awareness, can develop and implement transferable skills(innovation & sustainability) and tools to address and improve the climate challenge and become changemakers of and for Europe and for the Future
