O1 – Capacity development of the secondary VET level for BatTech; O2 – professional development of BatTech experts at the secondary VET level; O3 – preparation of the workforce for the BatTech shift; O4 – a strong stakeholders networking framework of stakeholders, partners, CoEs, R&D and HE institutions to collaborate, disseminate and share know-how on battery energy.

A1 - Conducting the desk research on industrial trends, gaps and needs for battery energy education within the secondary VET level. A2 - Indicating pioneering companies on BatTech. Strategy for implementation of know-how from them to VET. A3 - Creating BatTech educational materials for trainers, secondary VET and adults. A4 - Testing and piloting of the educational program. A5 - Training of trainers workshops. Learning outcomes collecting. A5 - Reaching BatTech stakeholders and organisations.

R1 - Capacity building in BatTech for VET level: develop educational materials. R2 - Trained teachers and trainers equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge in BatTech.
