To achieve the project's desired outcomes and success, a monitoring and evaluation system has been set up. Every three months, the project lead organization will prepare reports on activity progress, confirming if planned actions were completed, expected outcomes achieved, and addressing any issues and their causes to ensure desired results.
▶Activities
Project management, opening meeting and workshop, establishment of web and intranet, development of curriculum and digital education materials for mentally retarded individuals and finalization in line with expert opinions, development of curriculum contents and measurement tools for the competencies and achievements in the curriculum, and reliability testing and Awareness will be raised in the society by conducting a pilot application, closing meeting and workshop.
▶Impact
The web page of each partner institution will be prepared in English, each partner's own official language, with the proficiency measurement tools for the mentally retarded individuals, the content that will provide the qualifications, and the digital training materials of this content. It will be the most important output of our project.
