Our project aims to enhance the quality and strategic management of HE institutions by developing and implementing the UPEAM model. This model seeks to improve institutional capacity, foster continuous quality improvement, and facilitate effective strategic planning. Through training, collaboration, and the use of digital tools, we intend to create a replicable and sustainable framework that can be adopted by universities globally, ultimately elevating the standards and competitiveness of HE.
