The aim is to provide competence in final inspections of elevators to elevator industry employees, thus increasing the number of safe elevators and enabling access to inspected and problem-free elevators. The project also aims to raise awareness among students in departments such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, and Electronic Communications about elevators, and to meet the need for trained personnel in the industry through education and standardization activities.
▶Impact
It aims to increase awareness and competency levels of elevator industry workers and to increase the number of reliable elevators by increasing the number of educated workers through the creation of an educational kit, standardization curriculum, and data pool on a website that will be installed based on the project work packages. The focus is on improving knowledge of Safe Elevator Standardization and increasing the awareness level of elevator industry workers.
