Objectives

The project aims to improve the employability and integration of young migrants into the labor market, while also promoting social inclusion and diversity. The project also aims to contribute to the development of the involved organizations in the long-term by enhancing their capacity to support the integration of young migrants and improving their networks and partnerships with other organizations working in the field.

Activities

The SMILE project comprises ten activities including needs assessment, curriculum development, capacity building, pilot testing, dissemination, networking, monitoring, inclusivity promotion, feedback mechanisms, and knowledge sharing. These activities aim to gather data, develop training tools, build capacities, evaluate outcomes, disseminate results, collaborate, monitor progress, ensure inclusivity, gather feedback, and share knowledge to achieve project objectives effectively.

Impact

We expect our project to have the following outcomes: 1.Increased employability of young migrants in the long-term through the development of soft skills. 2.Provision of personalized support through mentorship and coaching programs. 3.Promotion of inclusion and diversity of young migrants in the workforce 4.Enhanced cooperation among partner organizations. 5.Equipped staff with the knowledge and skills required to effectively deliver the soft skills curriculum and utilize the training tools.
