Self-organization and agile working are important for adult educators (self-organization as the cornerstone of agile working, agile work = flexible, capable of action, customers at the center). It helps them to organize their tasks better and more satisfactorily, with a positive effect on their learners. In this project, adult educators and actors in adult education will be trained in self-organization. This will be done through workshops and a manual "Self-organization in adult education".
