CARE² aims to research precarious care and social work using Theater of the Oppressed, exploring burnout, conflict, and isolation among social workers. It seeks to build a transnational network for care workers, enabling collaboration and sharing best practices. Additionally, the project will develop a digital playbook, documenting forum plays and offering guidance for conflict resolution and supervision, improving the resilience and skills of social, care workers and educators across Europe.
