Objectives

The Heart project aims to develop and implement immersive VR and AI-based training for healthcare professionals to prevent burnout and improve resilience. By integrating advanced technology into vocational education, we seek to enhance stress management skills, create scalable training tools, and promote well-being in high-stress environments. The project will contribute to sustainable professional development in the healthcare sector.

Activities

We will implement a series of activities including the development of VR and AI-based training tools, creation of educational content, and pilot testing with healthcare professionals. The project will also include user engagement workshops, system testing, and feedback loops to refine the tools. Additionally, dissemination events such as webinars and conferences will ensure broad sharing of the project results with healthcare and VET sectors.

Impact

We expect to develop VR and AI-based training tools that improve healthcare professionals' resilience and stress management skills. The project will result in scalable educational modules, enhanced well-being practices in healthcare, and a knowledge-sharing community. The tools will be adopted by VET institutions and healthcare providers, fostering long-term professional development and contributing to burnout prevention across sectors.
