With our project, we want to: - Demonstrate tangible skill progression for learners and employers - Promote lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement - Align skill development with job market needs - Support career advancement through visible skill growth - Test the microcredential awarding system's effectiveness - Inform policy and educational practices in lifelong learning

Tool enhancement and pilot setup: - Refine Trackngrow platform and integrate microcredential features - Select participating social enterprises and SMEs, conduct initial training Skill assessment and monitoring: - Implement baseline assessments and regular skill check-ins - Provide feedback and progress visualizations Microcredential integration and workplace learning: - Define and implement microcredential awarding criteria - Design and execute targeted learning interventions
