Summary

Objectives

The project aims to equip secondary school teachers with the necessary skills and tools to foster students' personal development, emotional management, and organisation and productivity techniques. By creating a theoretical-practical guide and didactic units, and training a bunch of teachers, the project seeks to improve both academic performance and holistic personal growth among students, ensuring long-term positive outcomes and the education of better-prepared generations.

Activities

LIFE SKILLS will develop a desk research and compilation of information from the target groups that will result in a theo-practical guide and didactic units focused on personal growth, emotional management, and organisation. These resources will be the support for the teacher training . Additionally, pilot implementations in schools will assess their effectiveness, and communication efforts will ensure wide dissemination of the results to stakeholders through events, blogs, and social media.

Impact

We expect the project to enhance secondary school teachers' skills in teaching life skills, leading to improved emotional management, personal growth and productivity among students. The development and dissemination of a theo-practical guide, didactic units and training materials will ensure long-term improvements in pedagogy, fostering resilient, self-aware and organised learners who are equipped to face academic and personal challenges with confidence.
