โ–ถObjectives

Equip educators with tools and insights to detect and combat biases in the classroom, foster inclusive teaching methodologies, and develop a mentorship programme that ensures knowledge transfer and sustainable impact on the wider educational community.

โ–ถActivities

We'll initiate a thorough survey to uncover existing biases in classrooms, introduce and analyse the Unconscious Bias Test, compile a handbook of best practices to counter these biases, and develop a tailored mentorship programme. Additionally, we'll host a series of LTT sessions and pilot test the programme nationally, ensuring consistent adaptation and improvement based on feedback.

โ–ถImpact

We anticipate the creation of a detailed survey report on classroom biases, a comprehensive analysis from the Unconscious Bias Test, a widely-adopted best practices handbook, and an effective mentorship curriculum for educators. Post-implementation, we expect trained mentors to emerge, the successful execution of multiple LTT sessions, and an enhanced, feedback-informed training programme available in all partner languages.
