MAIN GOAL: Involvement of Bulgarian architects in a new field of professional training in preparation of expertises and conducting mediation in architecture and construction. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 1. Compensating the lack of a national CPD programme for Bulgarian architects on the preparation of expertise and conducting mediation through a training course. 2. Creating conditions for transformation and change in the guild through profiled discussions within a National Conference.

• Project management. • Conducting the 1st and 2nd methodical sessions of the Core of the Training Forum. • Compilation of new syllabus and content and exam questions. • Twice holding of a training course with exams. • Conducting a survey and analyzing the results. • Holding a National Conference on the project results, on the prospects for the development of the Training Forum, and on the issues of preparing expertise and performing mediation in architecture and construction.

At least 30 participants will be trained on the application of German approaches to the preparation of out-of-court expertise and mediation in architecture and construction. In аddition: • The lack of a national CPD program for architects will be compensated by new curricula and content for the training course and by its dual implementation. • Conditions for transformation and change in the guild will be created through profiled discussions within a National Conference.
