▶Objectives
The project aims to equip in-service teachers with the skills to effectively use AI for learning design, promoting inclusive and engaging education. By fostering AI-human collaboration, we aim to enhance lesson planning, develop personalized learning experiences, and empower educators to integrate ethical AI practices in diverse classroom settings.
▶Activities
We will develop an AI-enhanced training program (MOOC), deliver webinars, and provide teachers with an annotated list of tools for lesson planning using AI and a set of exemplar lesson plans . The project includes pilot testing, validation of the quality of the program by in-service teachers in 3 countries. Additionally, dissemination activities will ensure the results reach a wide audience.
▶Impact
The project will lead to increased teacher competency in AI-driven lesson design, the creation of AI-enhanced lesson plans, and the integration of AI tools for enriching inclusive classroom practices. We expect greater inclusion in classrooms, improved student engagement, and the development of sustainable, scalable AI-based educational resources for ongoing professional development.
