Through our project, Mamas Who Run With Wolves, we aim to empower mothers of small children by enhancing their mental health, personal growth, and well-being. The project focuses on self-care, relationship-building, and parenting skills. We will create women's circles for ongoing support, develop a booklet and thematic cards to guide these circles, and establish a mini-library and online resources. Ultimately, we seek to foster a strong, supportive community of confident and resilient mothers.
