We prepared this strategic partnership project by coming together with 3 high schools from Europe. In this project, partner schools will cooperate to solve the problem of early school leaving (ESL) in their schools at a basic level. The main objective of this project is to decrease the number of ESL students in partner schools, to find new methods to increase motivation and create more supportive school environments. We aim to reduce the ESL rate to 10% in each partner school after 3 years.
