The ENHANCE project aims to equip VET learners and educators with digital and AI competencies, bridging the digital skills gap and promoting inclusivity. By developing innovative, AI-driven tools and digital platforms, we seek to improve learner engagement, retention, and employability, especially for disadvantaged groups

We will implement activities such as AI competency training, virtual and face-to-face workshops, curriculum development through an open-source platform, and expert-led webinars. Continuous monitoring and evaluation will ensure the success and adaptability of the project.
