▶Objectives
According to Eurostat data, the NEET rate among women aged 30-34 is around 17-19%, and women in this age group often face difficulties in returning to the labour market. Family responsibilities, long-term unemployment and low skills are the main obstacles to these women re-entering the labour market. To address these challenges, the W-RETURN project aims to offer tailored learning pathways to NEET women over 30, to improve their basic skills and increase their participation in the labour market.
