Objectives

The "ESSENTIAL" project aims to enhance employability among disadvantaged youth and adults by developing and implementing a comprehensive soft skills training curriculum. By integrating these skills into VET programs, the project seeks to improve participants' communication, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and overall adaptability in the labor market. Additionally, the project will strengthen international partnerships, promote social inclusion, and contribute to lifelong learning and SDGs.

Activities

The project will implement three key activities: Local Training Workshops and Mentorship Programs across partner countries to develop soft skills in disadvantaged youth and adults. An International Training Workshop in Germany, focusing on refining the soft skills curriculum and strengthening partner collaboration. Development of an Online Platform and Multilingual Soft Skills Training Curriculum, accessible to VET learners and educators, to ensure broad and lasting impact.

Impact

The project expects to achieve the following results: A comprehensive, multilingual soft skills curriculum adopted by VET institutions, improving employability for disadvantaged youth and adults. An online platform offering accessible training resources, with high engagement and completion rates. Strengthened international partnerships and enhanced capacity of partner organizations. Positive social and economic impact in local communities through increased employment opportunities.
